Not a good choice

Cannot recommend. good location, 1 block from the boardwalk, but very disappointed with the accommodations. room was good size with appropriate furniture and amenities, but it was not clean or well-maintained. every surface was streaky and/or sticky. bed was comfortable and bedding was clean, but everything else seemed grimy. tv was fuzzy on several channels. exterior not well kept. cracked cement, chipped paint, nasty-looking stains on the walls. first night got back to room around midnight - found we had no water. called front desk who told us plumber was working on leak in room next to ours. no offer to change our room. we could hear the plumber working - lots of sawing, banging - until close to 2:00 a.m. then the work crew stood outside our door for another half hour talking. charged an extra $10.00/night for parking, which was not mentioned in the info we had. overpriced for the condition of the property. bad experience for us.
