As they upgraded me to a suite, i had a great experience there. originally, i reserved a double room only. they ungraded me to a 2-floor suite room. it was really nice. the bed is really big. room facility is good except the bath is a little bit small. however, the service is just so-so. same as the egypt culture, everyone (especially the bellboy and conceiage) working in the hotel looks for money. the location is not quite good. you need more than an hour to get back to cairo.
