Protea hotel umhlanga rocks

The stay was fantastic, except that my room booking was confirmed on arrival day even thoug i booked 4 days prior.this made me anxious as i did not know what to expect after travelling from joburg to durban. communication between hotel and booking agent needs to improve in this regard.
