Being told that this was the best hotel to go to, we held it at high standards and everything was perfect. when we arrived, the room wasn't ready so they offered us complimentary drinks made out of cucumber and freshly squeezed orange juice with your choice of alcohol. we were only going to stay one night but we decided to add on another and the hotel staff were willing to match the price on the room we had found on this website. the view from whatever room you stay at has a frontal view of the lake and volcanoes.
