Beautiful hotel, nice and confortable rooms, excellent location. excellent breakfast and bar and restaurant service. the front desk staff should be well trained to give the proper information to the guests. we didn't like the fact that the staff at the front desk, although nice, is not well prepared to give exact informations. the hotel doesn't make reservations for concerts even at the rudolphinum. we asked for a cab to go to the airport and they advised us a shuttle and called fo it. we told the exact time considering the time the ride would take, according the information provided. we were surprised and very upset with the fact that the driver stopped in two other hotel to pick up other people and that fact was not informed. we were stressed during all the way afraid that we would miss the plane to paris.
