This is a nice hotel in a great location. we reserved 3 rooms - 2 of the rooms had a smell eminnting from the bathrooms as if the drains were blocked or backed up. only opening the window got rid of the foul odour. the receptionist did nothing about it (the luxembourg shrug!!). there was no food or room service outside of normal hours and the bar staff were a bit surly.
