Hôtel accueillant essentiellement des jeunes anglais, buvant et criant toute la nuit. impossible de dormir de toute la nuit, un scandale. le personnel est dépassé, et n'est pas parvenu à les calmer malgré 3 appels dans la nuit à la réception. 130 euros la nuit pour ne pas dormir, une honte, aucun remboursement après réclamations.

The hotel is ideally located half way up the hill and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and nightlife. everything you could want in a short walk away. the hotel however is great if you are looking to get no sleep. i like to party like the rest but inconsiderate guests shouting, banging on doors and ringing buzzers takes it toll. the hotel will become quiet around 7am and then you're woken at 10am with the music being played by the pool. our first night started with walking along our balcony ready to go out for the evening with a group of 5 lads spitting on us and throwing foam,,,finding it highly amusing. the hotel is mainly made up of groups of lads who can do nothing more than shout and scream and intimidate people!!! magaluf itself was great and i look forward to going again, however i will not be staying at the trh.
