Un ottimo essenziale hotel a quattro stelle con fantastiche collegamenti per il centro della città, prendendo solo 10 minuti. Ottimo anche per l'accesso all'aeroporto. None of the photos shown in the internet are the same with the reality except reception! the only thing was the same was the metro 22 outside the hotel. very bad behavior from the staff, except reception again! i made a reservation in double room with cradle and they didn't have cradle! the next day they brought me a cradle with no mattress! because i have an infant with me the bed sheets became dirty and after 4 days and they did not change them and after 3 times i told to the reception they changed. they didn't change the towels the staff in the restaurant and bar they didn't give a **** for tourists! they didn't smile and they didn't answer to anything we asked!
