The location is very good. the service of the hotel especially the minibus transfer to the parking place is very considerate.

This is probably one of the best hotels in cesky krumlov (together with its brother-hotel ruze). it is located just in the center, in the main town square, and everything about it is excellent: the room, the cleanliness, the service, breakfast, and everything. there isn't exactly a lobby, although there are public areas with sitting places. breakfast was excellent!

Beautiful traditional hotel in the town centre. close to all ammenities. good base for holiday as easy to navigate from and close to tourist info.lots of winding cobbled roads in cesky krumlov.

The location, the arrangements for looking after our car, the hotel facilities, breakfast, and our room were all excellent. however, what was otherwise a really good impression was spoiled by the poor attitudes of reception staff. we were not made to feel welcome, and whilst they carried out the basic functions they were cold, almost surly, and seemed to regard guests with complete indifference. lunch on the terrace was again spoiled by poor and slow service.

They made a mistake when we arrived, but they solved it when we show our disagreement. it was that we had made a reservation for a king bed (matrimonial), and they at first gave as a room with to bed, one after the other. they ofer you a parking very expensive, but there are other public parkings very close a lot chipper.
