1. nous as affecter une chambre donnant sur les toilettes de l'immeuble en face et à coté du moteur des ascenseurs. donc le bruit du mouvement des ascenseurs était constamment ressentit dans notre chambre. le personnel n'a pas voulu nous consentir un changement prétextant le prix bas payé via le site hotelclick.com. 2. pour un séjour de 5 jour, la femme de ménage est passé deux fois; au fait elle passe dans la chambre quant on été dedans et de ce fait on refusait de sortir pour qu'elle fasse le ménage.

Brilliant stay

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time in barcelona and the hotel was perfect. it met all our expectations. the location was good - near metro, big shopping centre and in a nice neighbourhood. we were on 18th floor and the view was amazing - torre agbar and sagrada familia. room was cleaned every day, free tea/ coffee making facilities. restaurant was really good too plus kids eat free with a full paying adult. just be careful of any additional charges. we had to pay additional 12 euros at the end of our stay because we had meat at one of our lunches and this was apparently extra to the lunch menu (of which we were not advised at the time of ordering and signing the bill). but other than that it is a great family hotel!

Nice but noisy

The hotel in general is nice and very clean. the room was small (triple superior) but ok. we ordered a non-smoking room but the room smelt of cigarettes as soon as we went in, and they had no replacement. service was very slow, took a whole day and four calls to get us a pillow and bedsheet for my son, which should have been there in the first place. breakfast was good but always the same things. location is fantastic. gym needs some maintenance as most equipment does not work properly. due to a construction site adjacet to the hotel we were woken up at 7:30am and was impossible to take an afternoon nap due to noise.

Great price in a good location. just a few stops down on the main line of the metro. hotel staff couldn't do any more for you and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. rooms always kept clean daily. recommend this to anyone.
