An excellent hotel in a great location. staff couldn't do enough for us and looked after us very well during our weekend stay. would not hesitate to return to this hotel on any future visit to london.

This hotel was in a very quiet part of town just behind harrods, which was fantastic. even though it was a bit pricey we felt that it was good value for money as the room was large and clean and breakfast was included. we had been warned that rooms in london and europe were small and not what we were used to in asia, but we were very pleasantly surprised. the concierge was very helpful and always friendly.

I have stayed here before back in 2001 and this was a great hotel the rooms now are small and have damp on the walls the bathroom is tiny hardly big enough for 1 person good location that is all that is good about this hotel it needs seriuosly updated maybe new paint and modern things in rooms ie plasma screens like other london hotels
