Inhuman conditions

The hotel is not in the city center but there is a metro station at 7 min walking distance from the hotel with direct connection (ca 13 min) with gamla stan (city center). about half of the rooms are without windows and i consider that it is inhuman to live in such conditions. during the nights i almost suffocated because it was no ventilation system. the room was very small, and the bathroom too. no fridge in the room. their computer with internet connection was not working. breakfast was very good but they use to dilute the juices with plenty of water. the receptionist (a young guy) is rather regardless and unkind with hotels' guests.
