Four star?

This hotel must have areas which are not four star because my room would struggle to be two star. the bathroom was in need of refurbishment. the bath was so narrow that the shower curtain continually clung to me during my shower. sound proofing was non existent. i could hear every move made by the occupants of the room above me. i had made another booking for this hotel but cancelled it after i had been in my room one hour. even though i had to pay a cancellation fee, it was worth it.
