Transportation to the hotel door is impossible, so you need to be prepared to carry your bags; the distance could fluctuate according the acquaintance of the taxi driver. hotel room do not have any windows, so the rooms are dark, you need to have the electrical light all the time. beers at the hotel bar are expensive, comparing with other hotels in havana with better standard. you could get a better deal next to the hotel. breakfast are served in other building, you need to walk to a restaurant (another building). the employees from the hotel informed that breakfast is served from 7 to 10. if you arrive just after 7 the restaurant start to open, to get served could take some time (for me every mooring took almost 30 minutes) to get a cup of coffee. many havana visitors (not hotel guests) are often inside the hotel taking pictures the sculptures decorating the hotel, not pleasant t if you need to enter to the hotel, or stay at the hotel lobby. be aware that you need to walk to the hotel, and in the streets could be with dogs manure
