Will be back!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at lowes o'hare. we got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite free. wish the parking was free for hotel guests but it was not. the location is great because there was many restaurants, theaters, rivers casino, fashion outlet mall & the airport close by. the room is spacious, modern & clean. could use more lighting in the room though. they missed the wake-up call at 6:30 am but glad that the requested follow-up call at 6:40 am came through. overall, it was a very pleasant & comfortable stay.

Nice hotel but was double billed.

The hotel was nice. it was clean and quiet. would have liked more shelf or vanity space in the bathroom. i was double charged for the room, however. i paid through trip advisor with hotelclick.com but was charged for the room again by loews. it took several phone calls to try and fix the situation. still waiting to see if a credit will be given. i had never used a booking site before and now i'm not sure if i would use one again. i am giving the price for this hotel one star since i paid twice for the room.
