Pleasantly surprised

We arrived late and was met by a very helpful receptionist. he couldn't find our booking at first and as an "apology" we got a free code for their premium wifi to be honest we didn't know what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. the hotel is quite nice, rooms are big enough and it is located right next to the train station - with direct line to gatwick and london bridge. it was dead simple getting to and from the city and trains ran continously. hotel is a bit run down in the corners - but to be honest it was hardly noticeable. would definitely stay again

Stayed 2 nights at jury inn was good value for money, with quick access to shops. i booked a double room which was very spacious and comfortable with freedom to tune the room temperature. it also had a lovely view of croydon from above and breakfast included.

Very nice!

Sadly only stayed one night, i think my son would have stayed a month! had 2 large rooms on 12th floor, loads of space, massive and very comfy bed, great shower, everything we needed. had dinner in the restaurant which was very good, nice breakfast too. would definitely stay there again. shame it has no parking, the ncp was £6 overnight and just over the road, use the subway to cross over. ask the hotel to mark your parking ticket to get the discount otherwise it is £8 odd.

Lovely night out

Excellent base from which to get back to london. clean, helpful and adequate if unexciting breakfast. room was spacious, air conditioned and double glazed against road noise. very comfy bed. great value, central location. i would definitely stay again.

Occasional stay

Good price, but not fully relevant for quality i've been in the hotel 3x in 2 months time, and two times i got a room for disabled people, without bad, not fully clean, towels weren't freshly washed => why do disabled people get lower quality? breakfast at £7,99 is very limited in quality/quantity very noisy airconditioning noise isolation is too limited
