Terrible hotel majestic was a nightmare

Don't book through hotelsclick.com!!! they do not stand behind their properties they advertise!! had a terrible experience with hotel majestic and they did not stand behind their wrongful advertising and did not fully refund my money. dont book with hotelsclick.com!!! this hotel was advertised as a 4 star and was not even close to a 2 star. the ceilings were falling down in the lobby. my grandchild was crawling and had black legs from the filthy carpet. we had asked for a crib in one of the rooms and they delivered a pack and play that had black mold and spiders on the inside when we opened it. everything was very dirty!! the windows had a film of dirt on them and there was no way we were going to sleep in this hotel so we had to leave immediately. i called hotelsclick.com and they could not help me. terrible experience with both hotel majestic and hotelsclick.com!!!!
