L'hotel dispone di reception con servizi di viaggio, parcheggio esterno, due piscine (una per bambini), sala per la colazione che serve un ricco buffet, angoli dove gli ospiti possono guardare la TV, leggere un libro o controllare la posta elettronica, accesso WI-FI / Internet corner / servizi... La stella scam hotel !!!
The policy of the hotel is double booking. if you book you are not sure at all that you will stay there. the owner will forward you at another hotel room as he did to us and other unlucky and unsuspicious guests in the past (see reviews at trip advisor) for one or two nights. the manager was very rude and arrogant. he was always lying that we booked another type of room which it didn't exist! the room where he sent us for one night was terrible (hotel penelope) and did not worth more than 30 euros per night. the room (studio) in the hotel is overestimated and has a lot of disadvantages. noisy, dirty, hot, small bathroom, just basic. no window in the kitchen!! they charge 5 euros per day for a/c not mentioned in the site of the hotel. breakfast very modest and poor. pool area was small. a lot of times you don’t find anyone in reception so there is no safety, the remaining room keys are in front to anyone. no private parking, a lot of noise from the road and you can’t open window because of that. my advice is to stay away from this hotel it is a scam!!!
