Comfortable, good location and great service

The room is spacious and clean. beds are comfortable. the location is excellent, about 25 mins to the universal studios. the hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle bus to both disney land and universal studios. however, we did not use it because the drop off was late and the pick up time was early for the universal studios. breakfast is great with lots of choices. coffee/tea facilities available at the lobby all day. microwave is available in each guest room. we arrived quite early, around 8.00 am and staff lets us checked in which was greatly appreciated by us!

Good stay

The staff is very friendly. the location is also very good. there was a diner located in front of the hotel and it was 24 hours open plus the food was very good there! beds are big and comfortable, but very noisy even if you just moved a little. breakfast was ok. very busy if you wanted to have breakfast around 9 am. even though there wasn't much variety, it was ok. and it was free! the hotel is animal friendly. we found animal hair on our bed sheets. that was so disgusting! we could hear dogs barking while we were in our room. the airconditioning in the room is way too loud! so is the little fridge! that was very annoying so we turned the fridge off at night.
