Das servicelevel des hotels ist auf einem hohen niveau und entspricht fünf sternen. auch die zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. abstriche gibt es bei der qualität des essens, welches typisch amerikanisch ist und bei der unschönen aussenansicht des hauses, welche eher an einen block in spanien erinnert. zudem ist die dusche nur mit der handbrause bedienbar.

Great location right on the beach. we were housed in block opposite looking over vanderbilt bay so we got the sunrise and saw the sunset on the beach. great service, food, pool, room and beds. kept nice and clean. the week-end breakfast buffet is a must do. valet parking is an added luxury.

Great hotel with great service. good location and convenient to everything. stayed in the beach rooms and enjoyed the proximity to the beach. the only complaint was the paper thin walls, you could here your neighbors as if they were in your room. otherwise, no complaints and an exceptional facility with the very best service.

We only wish we could have stayed longer. we would happily have remained in this lovely hotel for weeks! the service was outstanding, the room the best we have ever stayed in and we have travelled widely staying in 5 star hotels.
