First of all i would not class this as a four star hotel. there was no resturant, no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room and the bar was not open for most of our stay. the reception staff were superb, but the leaning left a lot to be desired. on our second night we found to soaking wet towels (not ours) on the table when we came back at the end of the day and on another day we were not left any face towels.
