This hotel has very large, well rhetoric rooms. the swimming pool is wonderful and a welcome way to relax after a busy day. the property is in a resort like setting. the staff is helpful. the hotel is located in suburban san diego so one must have a car. however it is easy to drive to all the sights. great spot for families with children

This doubletree has large rooms with comfortable beds. it is located about 1/2 hour from downtown, but an easy drive to everything in the san diego area. there is a wonderful swimming pool. a great place to stay with the children. lots of restaurants nearby. delmar beach is a 20 minute drive. la jolla is 25 minutes. the hotel is undergoing renovation in sections so in the next few months the accommodations will be updated and even better. the staff is very helpful and friendly
