Comfortable stay

Hotel was in a good location,very family friendly leisure centre was good also the spa treatments was excellent rooms were comfortable however was a bit cold had to ask for heating to be turned on only downside was when we arrived the girl on reception wasn't very friendly her customer service skills left a lot to be desired
