Good price and location but bad service concerning computors.
The price and location was excellent. but when they charge you 7 euro for using their computor five minutes to just check your e-mail you have to pay for one hour. they were not even willing to let me check in online for my flight and than print my boarding card for free. i travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and most of them have computers for free public use, or the staff is at least willing to help you. to do what they do in this hotel is gready, stupid and a good example of bad service. so the next time i go to rome i will for sure pick an other hotel. i think that hotelsclick should in every advertisement for a hotel tell the customer if there is a free use of computer or not. i would recommend this hotel only to people who are satified with the price and location.
