L'hotel è situato nel cuore dell'Avana, nelle immediate vicinanze di siti turistici, allineato con la musica e le migliori attrazioni e destinazioni popolari come Bar Floridita e La Bodeguita del Medio. L'hotel gode di viste ineguagliabili di edifici di vetro distintivi L'Avana, tra cui il... Horrible hotel. i would not recommend this hotel at all!!
This is one of the worst hotels that i have ever stayed in. the air conditioning in the main lobby and hallways was broken. the air conditioning in my room was broken and not working. when i spoke to the front desk staff, she told me they were sold out and could not change rooms. i later found out that she lied to me when they offered two other rooms. the room that they moved me to was awful. the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. the room was filthy. the shower would not drain. the food in the hotel was also disgusting. this hotel is completely overpriced and, at best, a 2 star hotel. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
