Bad customer service
The front desk receptionist didn't greet us or smiled when guests would walk in and wasn't very helpful in any way she just knew how to call the manager to help her out with questions that the guest had...i didn't get to stay they're because my name suppossably wasnt on the reservation which it was but once again i also felt descrimnated by jus the way they looked at me when i first walked in the lobby like if we couldn't afford to stay there at their hotel ...which money wasn't the issue we had booked the reservation under my husbands name n my name but they said he has to have his id n credit card or sumthin .... but anyways there was a big issue over really nothing geez
