We stayed at the bwp grand canyon squire inn in january, 2018 and we'd definitely stay again. the hotel is just a mile or so from the grand canyon national park (south rim) gate; the staff were friendly; the rooms clean and it has a warm indoor pool, hot tub, and bowling alley/games area - great for kids of all ages after a full day at the canyon. one grumble was that the wifi was painfully slow. while we were there, they'd shut down the light-breakfast place so we had to take the buffet. however, after explaining that i just wanted coffee and a danish they only charged us for my husband and son, not me - nice touch.
