Close to the motorways. convenient if traveling out of london. good english breakfast. comfortable and clean room and bathroom.

Wouldnt stay again. room stunk of smoke even though it was a non smoking room, towels had make up on and milk had been opened. constant noise throughout the night from other guests. bed was very uncomfortable breakfast was dry and shrivelled up-not worth £15!!!! complained to reception and got no compensation or assurance that issues would be rectified. would not recommend for a romantic night away!!!

I booked this hotel with hotels click and found it very straight forward i had a couple of questions regarding my booking , customer service replied immediately. the courtesy bus from the tube station is a great service also to brent cross shopping center. check in at the hotel was first class , the polish man wortech is a credit to the holiday inn, he was so very helpful and polite .

The location for my business trip was ideal. the price was excellent. the hotel receptionist was first class. room was adequate for an overnight stay.
