It is a lovely hotel to stay in. the staff was very helpful and friendly, we felt very welcomed. we requested for an early check in as we were arriving about 7:30 in the morning and they were able to accommodate that. the location is just perfect for all the sight seeing places, literally at the foot of the castle. their spa is just amazing, i have not experienced such a lovely jacuzzi any where. i would rate this as a five star hotel with the service they provide. would highly recommend this hotel and on my next visit i will for sure stay here again.
