One night at the hilton

Stayed at the hotel as attending an event there bathroom a little small had to manoeuvre around the door to get to the toilet. no free wi-fi which i think should have been available to residents especially at the cost of the room. room and beds ok a little warm even though opened the window which did make it a bit noisey in the morning with building work and somebody emptying the bottle bank at 07.30 am had a drink in the bar at the top of the hotel had champagne and had a 10% service charge added as routine overall for the short stay not really worth the price tag

Christmas stopover

As always the hilton on park lane makes you feel special without without too much formality. great value for a 5* london hotel in a top location.

Muy correcto

Aunque los hoteles de londres en general no son ninguna maravilla por caros que puedan llegar a ser, éste está situado en una zona muy tranquila, bien comunicado y cercano a todo el núcleo de shopping ( 15 min. paseando ). el personal es muy atento y las instalaciones correctas por su categoría, correctas no maravillosas. yo siempre que viajo a londres me hospedo aquí.

London trip

I am writing a negative review because i will never use your service again. i arrived on saturday to the hilton park lane and was told that the travel agent "you" cancelled our reservation which was a lie. i tried telephoning your number and after 1 hour of attempts, i finally spoke to someone who told me that the reservation was not cancelled and that you would take care of it and call me back. you never did. my friend & i had to argue with the hotel, were late for our appointments and in the end were sent to another hotel way out of town that was completely inconvienient. the reason we booked the hilton was because it had the ammenities and location we desired. this whole ordeal ruined our weekend and the fact that your company could not even bother to call me back in this situation speaks volumes for your type of customer service.

Five star staff

Just enjoyed our second visit to the hilton on park lane. on both occasions were very impressed with hotel staff, especially reception. very friendly and helpful, not at all stuffy as in some other 5 star hotels. breakfast was great, plenty of selection, don't know how much it cost, as was included in our room rate.

Excellent night

This was a destination stay for a romantic dinner at the rooftop windows restaurant and we were delighted. chris galvin's tasting menu was delicious and complimented by the friendly, knowledgable staff and stunning views - the whole evening was wonderful. the location of the hotel overlooking hyde park is superb and service throughout was exceptional. mayfair is an expensive area and therefore you get what you pay for. our discounted room was small and not on the more prestigious higher floors but beautifully appointed with all the trimmings one would expect of a 5* hotel: robes, slippers, quality toiletries, bar, tv etc. good value as it included a long leisurely breakfast. definately recommend!

The hotel is in an ideal location, with convenient access to public transport. the rooms are comfortable and the service great.
