Cozy, unexpensive stay near the sec

The main point of this hotel is the sec nearby, which is within walking distance. i was on a work trip and i had to save every penny, and this place was one of the cheapest options in its category in the vicinity of the sec; i cannot comment on breakfast that i didn't have. apart from that, rooms were absolutely spotless and staff was very kind.
