The hotel accommodations were ok. disappointed that the pool was not in operation, however understand that unexpected things happen sometimes. what was more disappointing to me was the fact that i booked 2 rooms and due to unexpected circumstances needed to cancel one room and was not allowed to. the request was made approximately two weeks in advance and was due to a death in the family. i contacted both the hotel directly and hotelsclick.com. this did not seem to matter to anyone which in return tells me your companies are just out for the money and do not care about your customers.
