Quest'hotel a cinque stelle si trova nel centro città, nell'elegante area di Laganside, che circonda il lungofiume, a solo cinque minuti a piedi dalle aree dei negozi, e a solo 15 minuti a piedi dall'Odyssey Arena. L'Hilton Belfast offre tutte le strutture e i servizi che ci si aspetterebbe da un... Not much sleep!
On arrival, we found we had been allocated a room with disabled facilities which did not have a bath. the room also had a connecting door to an adjoining room and the lack of sound proofing meant we could hear clearly the conversations of our neighbours. we asked reception for a room change, but were told that although standard rooms had a bath, the hotel was completely full and nothing could be done. regarding the noise from the neighbouring room, we were told to contact reception if it persisted. after an evening out in belfast we returned to our hotel room around the same time as our neighbours with their friends. two phone calls to reception finally resulted quiet at around 1.45 am. if i had been told of the connecting door and lack of bath at the time of booking, i would not have chosen this hotel.
