Il "The Club Lounge" e' aperto tra le 7:00 e le 22:00 esclusivamente per gli ospiti del piano Club. Qui sono offerti servizio di segreteria, check in/out personale, servizio di bevande durante il giorno e cocktail in serata. L'albergo fa parte della catena Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbor... This is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in, the service is terrible. when we checked in, the front office personnel was sullen and didnt even offer a porter to help with our luggage. although we paid a hefty rate for the weekend stay, they want to charge for everything, there's no bottled water supplied, can't find any body lotion and when i requested for a 1 hour extension of check-out time we were told we had to pay. this is in sharp contrast with the sheraton miyako (which we shifted from as sheraton was fully booked for the wkend). sheraton was very accommodating and service was superb. even my 8 year old commented on the lousy service of grand prince takanawa. dont ever stay there. oh and i forgot to mention there are crows making a din outside the room all day so dont be surprised to wake up at 6am by the noise.
