Position de la chambre

Je etait decue par la chambre il fait tre froid dedan en pouvais meme pas prendre la douche la chambre 1106 et je parle avec la reception comme dhabi tide oui mais rien a faire ce domage comme

Hotel was good but wifi service is to bad and my checking date is 5 feb and i will arrive qt 6 feb he said me my booking is cancelled what is this ?? i am late arrive for missing my flight for late purpose my booking is confirm for six days so ehat is that your booking is cancelled you arrive one day late this is not fair . my booking is six night and i eill pay you six night payment now i will arrive any time its my problem right or wrong ??? and he give me very bad room for my late arrive this is ridiculous!!! i am not come this hotel again regards muhammad waqas

Hotel correct petite chambre mais très correct pour le prix . petit déjeuner simple mais on ne peut pas demander maline pour le prix que coûte l hotel

Trop petite chambre

Nous avons séjourné dans hotel grand ons mon mari et moi l hotel rien de spécial un 3 étoile il ne faut pas s attendre a grand chose . cependant la chambre qui nous a été attribué avait une fenêtre côté cour ou il y avait tout les climatiseurs donc impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre une extrême chaleur entrait d'an la chambre et en plus impossible de respirer un peu d air . c est le seul désavantage q nous avons eut .

الموقع جيد، بقربه من معظم المناطق السياحية مثل غراند بازار والسلطان احمد. كذلك محطة الترام والمترو قريبة من الأوتيل.

The best room - for this money!!!

We arrived to hotel and we asked for a large room. manager gave us a big room and we stept through the door we felt amused! the room was big and pretty nice. we liked our stay and it was the best room we could find for this price!

Much more than you would expect

Concerning the price, we expected a place where you can bearly spend the night. but, for a three star hotel, you will get it all! and more... big rooms, if you are not satisfied with the room they will chnage it, free locker in the room, slippers... i red that the brakfast is every morning the same. but, there are so many things that you can eat one morning hot dogs, another morning cereals, than eggs, than jam and buter, and so many more, but every morning you hav it all, so i don't understend why would anyone need more than that? the dinning room is on the top flour and it is beautiful, and the view is great. the looby is very big, with big tv, aqaurium and great massage chair! you also have a bit of space in front of the hotel with benches... the public transport conection is great with the tram line 300m from the hotel. but you need to go prepared and informad about the public transport as you can not rely on taxi (the don't know the streets and many of them will try to trick you). overall, great experiance and i will reccomend this hotel to everyone!

Stayed at room 1405

In my room's bathroom, the shower was leaking a lot water all the time. also, the bathroom is very in my room. although checkout time was set to be at 12 pm, the reception called at 11:10 am telling me that i have to check out immediately. wifi connection did not work inside the room.

Good break

The stay was very good. we arrived at 8am and got our room before check-in time which was great after our night flight. room was clean. breakfast - standard, nothing special.

Correct vu le rapport qualité/prix

Le séjour au grand ons s'est passé dans de bonnes conditions. l'hôtel est charmant, bon ça reste basique mais l'essentiel est assuré. le personnel d'accueil est très charmant, par contre celui du restaurant est limite désagréable. le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. le service de chambre est correct également. le seul problème constaté est l'odeur de la cigarette dans les chambres. malgré l'interdiction de fumer dans les couloirs et halls, aucun système d'extraction n'est mis en place pour dégager les fumées. j'ai été réveillé plusieurs nuits par l'odeur de la cigarette qui rentre dans notre chambre, c'est super désagréable et gênant!!! il y a égaement le problème du wi-fi, qui n'est pas disponible dans tout l'hôtel, pour les gens, comme moi, devant être connectés en permanence. en gros, l'hôtel est propre et proche des lieux touristiques et monuments.

Value for money

Nice hotel with small rooms for great price and in walking distance to the main attractions (bazar, blue mosque, hagia sofia) and easy access from aksaray subway station. this is a place to stay overnight and not to stay in during the day as rooms are very small (but clean). a lot of shopping guests from ex-su, so expect sometimes noise from the neighbour rooms late in the night.

Good place to explore istanbul

We stayed in grand ons for three nights. it is a good hotel with all the basic things you need. good breakfast buffet, served at a great terras with view over the sea of marmara.

Nice stay

The grand ons hotel is 20 minutes by foot to sultahanamet / old city / or 10 by tramway , breakfast on the top with panoramic view on marmara sea , nice and helpfull staff

Excellent location for fair price.

This hotel offers excellent position for fair price.it is clean, has wifi that works on some parts and good turkish breakfast.maybe the only think i was disappointed was receptionist that behaved very arogant (being fair, this was only one boldy guy, while others seemed ok). i was also plesently surprised that nights were quiet even it is located in the busy district.

Grand ons

Clean, modern really good value for money. the pool is small but adequate. there is not much room to lie around the pool but there are a few sunloungers. the breakfast is not very good - typical turkish breakfast and chips!
