Stayed here with my partner for 8 nights. had a fantastic reception and welcome. we were given complimentary fruits as well as a cake to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. our bed was decorated with rose petals and swan arrangement as too was the bathtub which had rose petals in it. pool bar staff were not too great or attentive. also cocktails were very sweet - i found this the case in all bars in phuket. pool villas are well worth it over the suites. they are away from the main pool and very private. you can get room service to deliver cocktails so you can enjoy your private deck and plunge pool. aircon in the rooms were not powerful enough to bring the interior temperature below 23 degrees but was still ok giennthe humidity and temperatures outside.
