The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly - the hotel has a loose 'galaxy' theme, hence the name, with planets and solar system emblems around the building. security is good - you need a key card to access the lifts to get to rooms. the room we had was comfortable and clean - there was digging work being completed outside opposite the hotel during our stay which started at 7am - the windows blocked most noise so wasn't too disturbing. the pool is small but really nicely done - like a spa pool rather than for long swims. would go back.
