Stayed in the future inn in cardiff bay for an overnight stay with family for a birthday celebration. really enjoyed the hotel we always use this hotel when visiting the bay because of excellent location only a ten minute stroll to the front

We stayed in /cardiff's future inn hotel for my birthday and visited the doctor who experience. the hotel was in a great location - just 15 minutes walk from the experience. it was also very close to a cinema, bowling, numerous food places and a bar (all within about 5 mins walk). the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was buffet style with a good variety including cooked breakfast, fruit and cereal. the price was great too because we booked through hotelsclick.com. so all in all it was a great stay.

I booked a triple room for 3 male adults expecting 3 single beds and was extremely disapointed to find 2 double beds. female on reception totally inflexible when asked for a single put up bed to resolve the situation.
