Wir waren nur 2 nächte dort, aber es hat gereicht, das zimmer sieht gut aus, natürlich darf man es nicht mit europäischen standard vergleichen, dennoch waren sie zuvorkommend und alles in einem ein guter zwischenstopp zwischen dem flughafen und die innenstadt.

La habitación muy amplia la vista era espectacular, el desayuno muy bueno y completo , el personal del restaurante y de la entrada muy serviciales. en el banco de cambio una excelentes atención, en recepción tienen que mejorar un poco

This hotel should not have the sheraton name. the people at the front desk are extremely rude and not helpful at all. it took 3 days to get my shower fixed, 2 days to get towels. they do not keep toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. sorry was a word that was not said until i went all the way up to management to get towels. shuttles just don't show up. this hotel is in desperate need of upkeep. it was clean, but definitely should not be charging so much for rooms. i chose this hotel for the security of being a sheraton while in a different country. i was shocked at the language barriers being so great. i expected some, but not that much. needless to say, very disappointed and feeling like my money was wasted on this.

I was a good hotel we enjoy our stay to the maximum.special in the morning and next to the hotel we have a beautiful cathedral called jesus of marimar it was very awesome

En términos generales el hotel es muy bueno, lo único malo que tiene es que tienen un mal sistema de conexión de internet, y el servicio prestado es altamente caro, para lo que el servicio ofrece.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. all in all, it was as described and was a fine hotel to stay in. bear in mind that cuba is not the uk or usa so there are some things which reflect this but nonetheless it's clean, simple, easy and pleasant to stay there. i did however, find a massive, massive cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night which threw me a bit and also at breakfast in the morning there were flies all over the place although it appears that it is somewhat unavoidable, rather than a dirty hotel. we used the gym which was very hot but decent nonetheless and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. wifi is poor and only works intermittently and you have to pay for it. also, the location is in the business district. it's not too far from the airport but it is quite far from downtown and cabs can add up. you certainly cannot walk to town which is what we thought we may be able to do initially. it's at least 7-10k from town.

Resiste mit familie an - 2 erwachse, 1 kind! zimmer suite - mit einer suite hat das zimmer nicht viel gemeinsam! der einzige vorteil war der balkon der das zimmer hat! der pool ist toll! frühstücksbüffet abwechslungsreich und vielfältig! languste zum nachtessen kann ich nur empfehlen ca 28 cuc!

An excellent hotel. just a short ride to habana vieja and all the wonderful sights. clean and comfortable. service staff,very helpful, especially those at the in-house restaurants. will stay here again.
