The hotel is centrally located along Boracay's 3 kms white beach and Boat Station 2, very near the tourist centre. A 5 minutes walk inland towards the Boracay Main Road, where public transportation may be accessed. Nearest airport of Caticlan is a 20 minutes outrigger boat ride, while Kalibo Airport takes an additional 90 minutes by airconditioned bus. Both Caticlan and Kalibo are 55 minutes south of Manila by plane.

All rooms are a few steps from the beach. They are all airconditioned, have ensuite bathrooms with hot/ cold water, a mini-bar, cable TV, safety deposit box and telephone with IDD.
