This hotel is very comfortable. staff is very friendly and accommodates any need you have. early check-in was not a problem and when i had trouble with my shower in the morning, a maintenance guy came to my room within 3 minutes after calling. the problem was fixed within seconds. technical problems can happen at any hotel, it's about how they solve them. room was comfortable, clean and spacious. bed was good. the atrium bar serves good latte machiatos any time of the day and you can use the wi-fi network there. had dinner at the italian restaurant, tasty food for a reasonable price. breakfast buffet was good too, fresh fruits, crispy breads, eggs etc and your own pot of coffee. outside the hotel there's not much there, but transport options are good.
