6 in one hand, half a dozen in the other
Quiet and typical hotel. great location and close to many of chicago's best sites to visit. disappointed that the shuttle that was supposed to be offered to guests was not running and that the services were late in getting to cleaning the rooms.

Stayed at the essex inn beginning of august '13. new lobby, clean rooms, very friendly staff.
