No reservation!!!

We never stayed at this hotel because it didn't receive our reservation from hotelsclick.com!!! and the hotel didn't have any rooms available. the hotel wasn't apologetic and ignored our request to find us another room. i don't know who's to blame for this error, but i'll never book another room with hotelsclick.com or doubletree again.
