This is an adequate low-price motel, fine for one night or two, just a few minutes drive from downtown palm springs, with plenty of free parking. defintely seen better days, but the aircon worked, the bed was comfortable, and there was an ok bathroom. wouldn't want to stay here for a weeks holiday, but has everything you need for a quick stop-over if passing through
