Ssuperbly located modern hotel with friendly, welcoming staff, good food and leisure facilities. easy access to blackpool attractions yet in a quiet, secluded spot surrounded by a golf course with country walks from the doorstep.

Nice but not luxurious

Communal areas and room very nice. gym and pool very impressive. everything very clean but let down by the 1970's style bathroom.
