Une nuit seulement mais un cadre très agréable et idéalement situé, juste au coin de la place du capitole. fer à repasser et planche à repasser était disponible dans la chambre. le petit déjeuner était particulièrement varié et copieux

Hotel très confortable et très bien exposé. les services sont de grandes qualités et la valeur d’un 5 étoiles. le petit déjeuné est copieux. les services sont ponctuels. nous avons passé 4 jours ou nous avons rencontré amabilité et considération. nous avons été surclassés. nous remercions la direction de ce geste. nous y retournerons si nous avons un prochain séjour à toulouse.

we stayed for four nights. found hotel staff mostly helpful. however the breakfast area was somewhat chaotic at times and simple requests were not responded to. one expects good service in a four star hotel. breakfast was the only meal we had in the hotel so i can't say what the dining experience was like otherwise. overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel; entrance a little hard to spot, since it is slightly off the main square. good neighborhood, close to everything. the one down side: was given a handicapped room, which was ok except for the fact that it didn't have the usual desk/chair combination; only an easy chair, which is not convenient for writing
