Completely unsatisfactory

Booked a club room for my wedding but instead was given standard room, around 2am because of noise next room went to reception was asked to move room then they realised that i booked club room not a standard. breakfast problem didn't have my name on the list. wouldn't recommend to anyone not alot of difference between a standard room and club room. nearly same room.
