Disappointment with metropolitan
When we checked in, they said no booking from hotels click. the reception looks not welcoming and not pleasant. after arguing with them to follow up with hotels click, finally they said fine and sorry for the glitch from the system? end we had to wait for another 2 hours to get the room too and ended up got the room with genset view! we asked to book to nobu restaurant through concierge, unfortunately there was no booking very disappointment. actually we wanted to stay at ihg park lane but not available and this is only the second choice
