Awful

i recently stayed in the quality hotel birmingham and found the room to be awful. the top bunk bed behind the door had a socket casing hanging off, very dangerous as u can get your fingers in it. fire alarms went off for a whole hour for about 8-9 and when i went to find out about them there was no one at reception to ask . there were three sockets in the whole room ??? one hidden behind a unit. the shower head didn't fit on the bracket on the wall so when turned on it soaked the floor and i had to use most of the towels to dry up the floor. also i accidentally dropped the back of my earring on the floor only to find 3 screws and a set of earrings belonging to previous users i would hope . this was all on the floor just in a little area i was looking hating to wonder what else i would find if i looked. the room itself not bad just all the paint coming off the walls too . not very happy. i don't think i would go back
