Hotel was ideally located. rooms were really clean and well appointed. bar area was ideal and the food was of a high quality. only draw back was the receptionist on both check in and check out (same person)was extremely abrupt did not apologise for my 20 minute wait to be checked in and really does need to have the value of true customer service pointed out to her. however every other aspect of my stay was very good just a shame the behaviour of one individual can paint such a bad picture of a hotel.
